Butter Chicken Recipe 🍛🔥👇🏼 For chicken: 2 chicken breast 3 tbsp Greek yogurt Minced ginger 1 tsp garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, cumin 1/2 lemon For sauce: 1 tbsp butter 1/2 onion 2 fresh cloves garlic 1/2 tsp paprika, cumin, salt and chicken bouillon powder (optional) 2 1/4 cup tomato passata 1-2 tsp sugar 1 cup heavy cream 2 tbsp butter cilantro First, we’re going to cut the chicken into small cubes and season it with the spices, fresh ginger, lemon, and Greek yogurt. Then in a pan, add oil and fry the chicken. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and garlic. Once the chicken is ready, remove it from the pan. In the same pan, add a small piece of butter and fry the onion, garlic, and spices together for 5 minutes over low heat until softened. Then add the tomato passata, sugar, and heavy cream. Mix very well and cook for a couple of minutes, then add two small pieces of butter to make it extra creamy. Finally, add the fried chicken back in, mix everything together, and top with cilantro and a little heavy cream. Serve it with white rice and naan bread. 👀 Remember that seasonings are always to taste, so don’t be afraid to add more if needed. If it tastes too acidic from the tomato sauce, don’t forget to add sugar to balance the flavors. #butterchicken #EasyRecipe #Foodie
