Newbies in the job are starting out on rates that experienced people took 30 years to achieve. It is making for a disgruntled older workforce. Coupled with that, because wages are so high, so are prices which is huge false economy. People are calling 30 hours full time work now which is like the new workplace shrinkflation. We are following Australia down the drain.
