I think I found the best way to run Claude Code and Codex together. They are not two separate tools on my screen, they are agents inside one system actually messaging each other. My Codex agent pings my Claude Code agents, they share the same task board, they assign each other work and push it to done, all running in a 24/7 daemon so the sessions never die. I talk to every one of them through Telegram from my phone.
