@bukwotvug: Incoming DCDO Mr. Morris Pledges to Build on His Predecessor's Legacy in Bukwo Bukwo, July 29, 2026 – The newly appointed District Community Development Officer (DCDO) for Bukwo District, Mr. Morris, has pledged to build on the strong foundation laid by the outgoing DCDO, Mr. Ben Sakaja, following the official handover ceremony held on Tuesday. While addressing district leaders, staff and guests, Mr. Morris expressed his heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Sakaja for his dedicated service to the district and the country throughout his 33 years in the civil service. He commended the outgoing officer for his commitment, professionalism and transparency in serving the people of Bukwo, saying his achievements would serve as an inspiration. Mr. Morris promised to follow in Mr. Sakaja's footsteps by promoting transparency, accountability, teamwork and quality service delivery in the Community Development Department.
