I was able to get a DD giftcard through Paze with my Citi Cashback card but got an error message when I tried to buy one with my Amazon credit card. Both are connected to Paze. Still waiting to see the credit back on my Citi card.

I think you have to use the app for most of these deals… and look for that green banner to show up to confirm the offer is active
