Hey rich, while I’d love to take this property on, from what I am seeing this house was bought for 310k in 2023 and has since come down to 233k, the PITIA would be 2317/m but the current rent goes for 1680/m I’d be forking 637/m out of pocket for 7200/y out of pocket… I know we all trying to make money but are you trying to F over random people on TikTok or am I missing something here?
