side note: theaters don't make money off of ticket sales. they make money off of concession purchases, so unless you asked for a refund on snacks, the annoying bot commenters make even less sense.

Girl - there are crazier reasons to get a refund. I was working box office when Taken came out and this women was sobbing and asking for a refund bc her daughter was kidnapped while she was in Europe and it was hard to watch. So get your money back, AMC will be fine!

Girl as someone who works at a movie theater the ticket sales go to the box office not the theater. Your sale of the icee and popcorn is what keeps those lights on, which is why they dont want you sneaking food in lol. Id rather give a refund for the ticket or suggest another better movie for you.
