Video shows the machine dragging its metal scoop across the pavement, sending sparks flying as it tears down traffic signs and smashes planter boxes along the way. Police estimate the damage at roughly $25,000. The 28-year-old suspect now faces one vehicle theft charge and two counts of vandalism.
