Told my midwifery team I was taking folate instead of folic acid at the beginning of my pregnancy they looked confused and asked me why. I just said because I tolerate it better they couldn’t say a word

100% I personally think it’s all the synthetic vitamins. My son deals with this to and eliminating folic as much as we can has truly given him such a major turnaround. We went through cebral folate deficiency too. I try to avoid all synthetic as best we can but it’s hard!
