My agents have their own pipeline the follow a true dev flo. A Kanban board for all notes and statuses, an code agent, a higher model PR agent and then a QR agent. each has their tasks and report accordingly so any agent can pick a ticket and run with it.

Another great video, Kevin. Thanks! About the completion confidence: do you have unit tests defined? I would look into the amount of code coverage as a rubric. And I’m not too sure if you’re doing requirement docs, screening, and areas of risk, but those are topics that I think I’d move up the stack.
