Little OT hack: if the skin is healed, dip your hand in paraffin wax with the coban wrap like that before therapy sessions/ before stretching to get more range of motion (obviously if your medical professional says it’s okay😜)

I was in a brace for 14 weeks .. I’ve been out of it for 5 months with *still* a severed tendon and my fist is very sad looking lol.. you definitely lose it if you can’t use it!

I broke my arm pretty severely when I was 15. After all the surgeries and casts, my hand muscles were so atrophied you could literally see my bones in my hand. It happens really fast!!
