waking up with them is so painfull. almost 9out of 10 times I throw up for a while. I have to bend my neck backwards really hard to try slow blood flow lol

ah I suffer with hemiplegic migraines. they leave me like I'm having and had a stroke. I get multiple a day 😞some worse attacks than others 😭very difficult to live with !!
