Just Thread in a 90° Pipe elbow, Caulk/silicone it around it, Make pipe drip behind shower head away from you so it stays draining and you aint gotta worry.. weird setup bc it should be drilled to drain outside lol

You need to get that fixed. You don't know what's in that water that's dripping down and if it's getting into your eyes, nose, mouth etc., you could get really sick (like legionnaires disease).
