You mean I’m not just lazy or a “procrastinator”?! There’s medication that can make me function like regular person?! Every thing that I need to do hits me at once and instead of tackling it one thing at a time it paralyzes me and I neglect it all. Until it gives me palpitations. Every time I get on top of one thing I think “now just keep it like this” and the cycle repeats 🤦🏼♀️

Do they offer medication for ADHD at this age? i've always felt i've had this, now 37 it can feel so intense when you are a mom and have to tend to a whole house and 3 kids 😩🤔😭 love your content by the way!

I swear we’re the same person. I was diagnosed with both types and my dr said it’s severe. Started Vyvanse about 2 weeks ago and it has actually changed my life. I’m much more patient with my kids and my house has never been cleaner
