Actually, it is very smart way to do charity and everyone donates unconsciously and efficiently. That is easier than the western countries as they should establish organization and hire people to manage the program and even spend money to advertise the program, and charity become profitable and utilitarian.

My personal experience the other day, in McDonald, after I placed an order the cashier asked me if I want to donate to some charity, so I asked what do they do? Cashier is clueless then she went to ask the manager, the manager didn’t know, I’m like of course NO.
