Sear the steak for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside. 5. In the same pan, cook the broccoli for 3–4 minutes until tender with slightly charred edges. 6. Add the butter, sesame oil, and garlic. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 7. Return the steak to the pan. Add the cooked noodles and pour in the sauce. 8. God designed your brain with the ability to keep growing new connections your whole life. These three plants help it do exactly what He built it to do. Best Use: -Bacopa monnieri — 300–450mg extract daily, taken consistently for 8–12+ weeks. Supports memory recall and calms the nervous system. It is fat soluble take with (avacado, coconut milk, etc…) -Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica) — 750–1000mg extract daily, tincture or as tea. Best taken in cycles with breaks rather than continuously. Supports memory, focus, and healthy blood flow to the brain. -Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) — 1–3g of fruiting body extract daily or dual extracted Lion’s mane tincture. Stimulates nerve growth factor for long-term brain repair. None of these are quick fixes — like most things God grows, they work through patience and consistency, not overnight. Top Studies: -Bacopa cognitive-enhancing meta-analysis — improved memory free recall across multiple clinical trials. -Gotu Kola cognitive function study — improved memory in stroke patients as effectively as standard treatment. -Lion’s Mane clinical trial — 16 weeks of use significantly improved cognitive scores in adults with mild cognitive impairment.
