I was tired, tempted to sack it off and call it a day… but I got it done and I feel 10x better for it now. Funny moment before I started, another truck driver pulled up and said, “You’re that guy off Insta! 😂” We had a good chat before he headed off. If you see this mate, give us a message! It was great to meet you 👊🏻 Today’s session: 💪🏻 Pull-ups to failure x3 💪🏻 Dips to failure x3 💪🏻 Hanging leg raises to failure x3 💪🏻 Hanging knee raises to failure x3 🔥 Leg finisher: • 12 Goblet Squats • 12 Romanian Deadlifts • 12 Reverse Lunges (each leg) • 20 Squat Pulses Repeat 4 times with a minute rest in between I’m also trying to master bodyweight training and calisthenics at the minute. Upper body strength and control is something I’m working hard on, so it’s all part of the journey. Not every rep is perfect, but every session is progress 💪🏻 Sometimes the hardest sessions are the ones you need the most.
