Last time I got my passport I was relieved it’s 10 years so I said to myself “oh thank god now I only have to do it like 4 more times in my lifetime “ which is pretty morbid and shows how much I fkn hated dealing with them lol

I renewed online, it was pretty easy. Same forms, just digital. Getting a passport photo you need to be able to get a digital one, I got mine done at London drugs. Pretty simple process and I did it without having to take time off from work.

What’s disgusting is a passport is “good” for 10 years and to travel you need to have 6 months left so need to renew at 9 months prior or more. Then when you renew early you get a new date. Should be a standard expiry date like your birthday and keep any extra time if you renew early. Then don’t get me going on the extortion to have a passport photo taken.

Not really accurate, I haven’t had an address in Canada in over 6 years. I applied from where I live in the Caribbean. FedEx application was sent to Jamaica and did in fact receive within 3 weeks.
