Luck khe… they do proper planning for those buildings back then… what they don’t just have is documentation… you won’t see them build in swampy areas then… they use the best soils that carry buildings.. they don’t build aesthetics… they build solid

I don't agree with this at all. 1st of, those houses were built by engineers. Of course not with formal certifications. Also back then , simplicity was genius. They don't pack nonsense into plans and make house complex and materials then we're stronger

materials then were string and original. my fathers house in the village you cant even knock nail in thr wall cos the walls are that strong. the ceiling fan is older than me and its blowing better than my AC. quality of houses and materials then was way better than todays own.
