With a new {High Surf Advisory} issued by @nwslosangeles for many south-facing beaches through the weekend, please be aware that strong rip currents will also continue. So if you’re planning to visit the beach, please make it a point to speak with a @lacolifeguards before entering the water. Understanding the day’s ocean conditions, knowing your limits, and swimming or surfing in front of an open lifeguard tower are some of the best ways to ensure a safe day at the beach.
