@thesandylion: I can’t believe this trip was over 8 months ago. Everything still feels so present with me. I’m hoping you’re still loving these vlogs as much as I am creating them, a lot of intention, reflection and research is going into each one and I hope that they’re inspiring you to do something similar. Learning about the friendship between Hazrat Mian Mir and Guru Arjan Dev Ji, reminded me that interfaith respect isn’t a modern idea — it’s woven into our history. Seeing Sri Guru Ram Das Ji’s bathtub made me instantly think about all the different tubs and sinks. We’ve bathed my niece and nephews and all the other kids in our life. This journey continues to teach me that devotion isn’t about difference — it’s about humility, remembrance, and the way we choose to honour what’s sacred. It’s also about reminding yourself of the sacrifices and lessons that have paved the way for us. Both are the reminders we need most right now. 🤍 #faith #reflection #yatra #pilgrimage #onelove
