This suggestion fixed a warped mat that I’ve had for years. I had just accepted that it was warped forever but heat fixed it!

But be careful doing this too often can make it brittle and it will snap! I had one that I left in the garage in AZ for a few months and when I went to get it back out it pretty much crumbled in my hands haha
