this is genuinely gonna cause severe damage to your bones. before anyone calls me uneducated, what I'm about to say is just basic science. bonesmashing doesn't magically make ur bones "grow" back thicker or "better looking." facial bones are incredibly thin so they could either shatter, splinter, or collapse inward. the body can't bridge the fracture gap with healthy bone. instead of that, it fills the space with weak and unstable scar tissue. leaving your jaw or cheekbones completely uncompromised.
