@tommytreesruns: South West Series 5km Official time: 16:08 Well where do I start 🤣 I completely imploded today. I didn’t feel amazing going into it, but I still thought I had a lot more in me than that. A lesson in how not to pace a 5km 🤡 went with a group that was far too quick and paid the price. Completely hit a wall at 2.5km. We now have a benchmark and I’ll be looking to do quite a few more 5k’s this year so plenty of chances to improve.
