the first one is family's car. The wife has asked for a specific car. It may for some reason. And she might know her husband is capable of buying it,but he did not buy what she asked for. 2nd wife is in a different situation to compare.

I understand the first wife. i hate surprises. that's why I always ask for specific thing. because if i want anything, i wouldn't mind. it's not being ungrateful but people should honor what they want so both won't be disappointed. people should learn how to compromise.

We are quick to judge. About the first girl, but what if she just wanted to be SEEN. What if he always does that, she asked for something, but he always ignore her feelings and get another thing, the one he wanted. If they can’t afford the car she ask then that’s a different story.

I know my opinion probably doesn’t matter, but here it is anyway. 😂 The fact that my future hubby would take the time to research, compare options and find something that fits our budget would mean everything to me. It shows he’s thinking about our future. Making sure we have what we need while still being incredibly thoughtful. I’ve always been someone who appreciates the little things over the big, flashy gestures. I’d much rather have something that’s affordable and within our means than put ourselves into debt. If my husband surprised me with a vehicle, no matter the price, I’d be so grateful I’d probably be ugly crying. 💙To the first husband, you seem like an amazing human being who truly put your family first. I sincerely hope you find the happiness and love you deserve.

I like the comments here. what the first guy did was a form of manipulation. just couldn't help to exert control on what his wife wanted. it's emotional abuse and I like that the people can see through it. to be loved is to be considered PERIOD

I think what needs to be pointed out was he asked the first wife what she wanted and he gave her something "similar" although with the second wife we dont know if she specifically asked for a jeep but judging by the reaction it was the vehicle she specifically wanted. if he was getting his wives what they truely wanted he fell short on the first wife. should she still be happy with what she got yes but she also has the right to be a bit disappointed as well.

I feel bad for the first wife.. We can tell how exhausted she is of having to repeat herself to get heard.. It is a nice car, it is a nice gift. It is sad she wont be able to enjoy it, when it is a big slap in the face of him not honoring her wishes.
