i honestly blame police for this outcome. the people working in the area of where he was found already knew about the culvert and speculated that’s where he would be. police did not search it even with the knowledge that he liked water. on top of this, 2 days for an amber alert? this whole situation is fucked and i absolutely blame calgary police. rest in power parker. my condolences for the family. absolutely fucking devastating.
