I have literally cried when a restaurant was disappointing. I am known as the "foodie" in my social group. I almost always make the reservations/plans. I feel the intense pressure and anxiety because I have "set the bar" so high that it is upsetting when it is not a great experience. I know 100% that I put this pressure on myself but I can't help it. I love it when I provide an amazing experience but I take it way too personal when it is just meh..or worse, a bad experience.
