@user9550321199797:There was no scooter at the time of the accident. My friend and I were coming from school when a man driving at high speed went straight ahead. Nothing got in his way. I saw the whole accident happen live. The man almost killed us but we were smart enough to run to the side.

In my understanding these scooters should be used on the pedestrian walkways. And cross at the intersection like people do 🤦🏽♂️only do a short cut when its safe to do so. This was a beautiful concept but rules were not enforced properly.

The defender driver was reckless or speeding there is no one that tiny scooter can make a whole 4 wheel SUV roll over if she/he was driving according to the speed rule he/she was gonna stop safely without damaging the car
