People who disappeared into the wild, got bitten, bruised, soaked, exhausted, and sometimes came dangerously close to death & not for attention, but because they were genuinely curious about the world. They inspired an entire generation to look beyond the screen and step into the unknown. I remember watching them as a kid thinking, “One day, I want to live a life like that.” Fast forward years later, without even realizing it, I found myself eating live sago worms deep in the jungles of Sumatra, tracking wildlife through the Amazon, catching wild pythons in Costa Rica, skydiving over Dubai, crossing oceans, living with remote tribes, and collecting stories that no amount of money could ever buy. This reel isn’t about comparing myself to legends. It’s about showing what happens when the people you admire inspire action instead of consumption. Some influencers teach you how to get more likes. Others inspire you to live a life worth remembering. I’m grateful my childhood was shaped by the second kind. Because real influence doesn’t end when you put your phone down.
