To get rid of weeds pour boiling hot water, then apple cider vinegar on them. After that they will be easy to pull out or chop up.

I get you! I am 62 years old and I just fell getting the regular mail in the grass and I fractured my arm and my wrist on the right. The left arm is also in a splint.

I have the same problem when I try to go outside and clean up the yard. Lord knows I’m not able to be out there but my hard head tells me to try it. I do the Sams as you and try to pull up weeds and one is a lot stronger than it looked, so I fell backwards and I can’t get up on but my best knee, so I rolled over on my good knee and had to pull myself up by the doorstep rails. I was sore all over the next day. I don’t have any animals bc it’s hard to feed myself much less anything else. I love a clam house and yard and it’s been a struggle keeping my yard the way I like it. My son’s mower is tore up and he usually cuts my grass. Parts for these new type mowers are expensive. You have to goodnight sweet lady. You always say things that seem to be what’s going on with me. 💞

Give the cats table scraps or let them defend for themselves.. don’t feed them as much cat food … mice birds wildlife … they get hungry they will find food to eat ..

I can't do my yard either. So I just grabbed the mower and mowed them down. I bought a weed puller yesterday, It works and I don't have to reach down. So it's the best I can do. Just relax and try to remember your not failing, you slowing. And that's ok. ❤️

I’m 65 and just buried my mom who died of brain cancer. She was 20 years older than me. All of a sudden I’m feeling my own demise. Is this normal? I’m dealing with some “stomach issues” that started about a month after my mom was diagnosed. I finally made an appointment with doc. First available spot is mid September 😏 I’m sure because I’m still dealing with her estate and stressed, I feel exhausted all the time. So easily overwhelmed at this age. Love your videos and find comfort. Thank you 🙏

It’s OK to complain. Have a bad day or week. I’m 60 I was doing really good with Physical Therapy and I was my legs were getting better and I was doing things I never could do before and then I had a setback and I could barely walk to the bathroom so like you said it’s nice to talk to somebody. I’m alone a lot to know the other people have setbacks in their bodies in their minds. Everybody needs friends and everybody needs to have somebody to listen to them, so I hear where you’re coming from.

I’m 73 now & I can tell a big difference in just 4 years !! Some days I feel great & some days all I do is sit around & sleep extra !! The 4 years since I was 69 !! I don’t want to go like I use too , I’m fine sitting at home watching TV & scrolling Tic Tok & FB

Buy some of that spot spray weed killer. It only kills the one weed you are spraying. It works pretty fast too. I totally understand where you are coming from. When I lean over, I have a hard time breathing because I have afib and congestive heart failure. I’m 70.
