First it searches the web for every site selling, listing, or sharing your personal info, then builds a removal list with each site, the exposed details, the opt-out link, and the next step. Then it writes strong removal messages for every site. Turn on agent mode and it opens its own browser, fills out the removal forms, and asks before sending. Last prompt tells it to check weekly, track what changed, and keep sending requests until your info disappears. What sites are selling my personal info? How do I remove myself from data broker sites? How do I use ChatGPT agent mode to delete my data?
