All I know is when I wake up my anxiety is horrible and my obsessions are really bad, often triggered by a health incident. I don't know if anyone else wakes up with worse anxiety due to menopause, but it's debilitating. I feel like I'm going crazy

White coat syndrome. Every doctor I go to takes it in the beginning and then maybe when the appt is ending. My primary keeps track but isn’t concerned. 55 menopause and taking HRT.

Mine was like 180/100 was put on medication but I've been testing my blood pressure everyday it's been normal for the most part

Yes lol I went to vein specialist and my blood pressure was very high. The nurse told me your blood pressure is high I told her I feel fine 🤷🏼♀️they checked it again it was normal. I have hypertension blood pressure so I think it’s the pressure of getting to your apartment on time. Plus dealing with crazy drivers 😂 I’m going through perimenopause 🤪

Well, usually before you go to the doctors and you do your vitals, it could be elevated because of worry or sickness

I have health anxiety too because of this crap. When I go to the doctor or the hospital it’s higher than it is at home. My blood pressure is usually less than 120/80 but there it’s like 143/90.

My office will keep taking it until it’s normal. There is a sign that says you are going to urgent care if your repeated blood pressure check that day is high

Same here with blood pressure. My anxiety is fight or flight. 24/7.. It's horrible feeling like this constantly!!!

It’s definitely perimenopause!!! I thought I was dying, turns out it’s menopause and now I’m on BP meds and Zoloft and I feel great
