hey so actually not everyone is able to afford professional help. Even some people are too scared to say anything about their addictions to professionals or their own parents. It's not easy to 'just stop'. Have you never had an addiction? What someone else said in the comments was "you just sound privileged" and I completely agree with that person. Not everyone can afford professional help, and no one can stop with a snap of their fingers. PROFESSIONAL HELP IS A PRIVILEGE. Unfortunately, there are bigger problems about AI that we gotta focus on. People using chat bots is not our biggest concern about AI at the moment.
