But somewhere along the way, I realized waiting was costing me more than trying ever could. The older I get, the more I understand that the life I prayed for isn’t always waiting somewhere in the future. Sometimes… I’m already living it. These are the days I once asked God for. The marriage. The babies. The adventures. The opportunities. The ordinary moments that I know I’ll look back on one day and miss.
