As a School Psychologist of almost 40 years...I saw this Phenomena every now and then. It was as if..They ENJOYED the Chaos. If they didn't have Chaos in their Life...They were not happy. Chaos gave them...A feeling they NEVER had. Like a drug. They needed that Chaos so they 'd feel alive.😳 Very complicated. Very puzzling at times.
