Workers filling in for Striking workers are “Scabs”. Don’t care if you a nurse or not. Mount Nittany Nurses are out on strike fighting for a fair wage. Kind of hard to get your point across when others cross the line to do your job while you’re on the picket line fighting for what’s right! Mount Nittany. Go get yours!! Union Strong!!

They illegally fired me two years ago while I was 20+ weeks pregnant with my son. I was out of work for several weeks due to a pregnancy related condition/complications. They allowed me to return with a doctors clearance and allowed me to work a full shift then had HR walk me out at the end. I lost my insurance the next day for me and my entire family.

I blocked the shill lying about the union, for starters they are getting strike wages so he’s full of it. Also yes, the hospital is a mess. Mount Nittany used to be the only game in town, but now there’s a new hospital and management is just sending the patients there with a pat on the head and a kiss. Worst management I’ve ever seen

@SEIU Healthcare PA failed the workers because they are responsible for that. They negotiated the contracts, and they allowed suspension of benefits during a strike to stay in the contracts. It was always there, and then they lied like it was retaliation rather than tell people before the strike authorization vote.
