Try and do it on damp/ dry hair! I always spray it with a little bit of hairspray in the heartless curler and sleep with a bonnet on so everything stays in place!

I would have part dried the hair so not as wet. so slightly damp when the heatless curlers are in won't take as long to dry during the night next day results are amazing xx

I will take the two ends and pull them up and back and loop a large scrunchie around them and it helps me sleep a little more comfortably but I totally look like Princess Leia
