Dad to girls getting close to your age. Life can be really hard and unfair sometimes, and when you’re in a rut it’s so hard to pull yourself out of it. I’ve been there myself. But I know with absolute certainty that you can find your way out, and you matter enough to keep trying. Focus on improving yourself in public places, and watch how things turn around. Don’t isolate yourself. Go to the gym consistently. Read or write in a coffee shop. Volunteer for a cause that you think is important. You got this girl.

A lot of people are commenting about anhedonia it is a symptom of major depressive disorder. please, please talk to a mental health professional. and know you’re not alone. you’re so pretty and you have that, I hope you have your health and aren’t terminal, I hope you can find one small thing that makes you smile even if it’s something so minuscule. you can always dm me. i’ve felt this before, my mom died this year. i’m going thru a r*pe case. life feels dull and lonely. but I woke up today and that is what I found joy in (sounds dumb) but you are strength for even sharing this, 14k comments, i’d say you have people who care and friends that want to be part of your life 🤍😇

I think this is a form of Apathy, I think I also have it, I don’t feel for life that much, everyone else around me doesn’t seem to understand, I don’t feel any motivation but to sit in my bed, life doesn’t seem to entice or excite me, I just get called lazy sometimes, it doesn’t help…
