I keep seeing all of these big gorgeous classrooms. Where are these people teaching and how to they afford to get all of this cute stuff? My classroom is barely big enough for my desk and 35 for them and my paycheck could never!

Some people think a cozy classroom is “too much.” To me, it’s exactly what kids need. We have their children from 8:00 to 3:00, that’s most of their day. Why wouldn’t we create a space that feels calm, welcoming, and comfortable? This classroom can ease anxiety, reduce stress, and help students settle in so they can actually focus on learning!!! Keep doing you boo, your room looks fabulous just like you!!

The room looks amazing. Now, can you teach? 22 year veteran teacher, high observation marks for environment (and most areas) without all this. Can you teach? Can you make the kids comfortable in an empty room? I let the kids decorate! This comment is more for those who think teachers, like this, are amazing. They might be BUT aesthetic does not, a good teacher, make.

First thoughts: they’ll put trash in the centerpieces, they’ll cut up the placemats, they’ll peel the contact paper and pick the paint off those chairs. Ruined by October. It’s pretty though.

Love this classroom💯. I can imagine your kids just breathing a sigh of relief every time they walk in there and it’s not your average facility atmosphere!! I would of loved learning in an environment like this💕

The size of the room, it's flooded with natural light, the corner windows are insane , the amazing cabinets, is that wainscoting 😳, the new carpet, all of this peak. I've never seen a class like this, it's decorated well too obviously 💯💯. But the bones of this room are incredible. Even the ceiling is high 😭 your school is very blessed
