Question- i wanna do this for keeping track of all these little ad hoc requests that gets swept under the rug during evaluations. the asks are not serious enough to fill out a form, but it still pulls me away from my work. And I still want to track it.Do you have any suggestions or ideas?

Ah but here’s the trick: you have to get them to fill out a form. We just implemented a ticketing system for me because the amount of requests I was getting via email/teams was insane. The requests come directly to me, but when I ask someone to fill out a form instead of just emailing me directly, you would think I asked them to climb Mt. Doom.

Is this for your job or personal? What license do you have if it’s for work?
