Be sure you unzip all the cushions and look at the seems and stitching. If there is not enough seem allowance you will get holes you can’t fix. Not sure how much is suggested for couch cushions. Since Kittles is going this BS it would make sense if they skimped on the fabric. Also ask them for their warranty information on their custom work and clarify the start is from delivery.

As someone who’s ordered multiple custom couches, there’s no fucking way they’re arriving in 6-8 weeks or whatever tf he said. I’ve had to wait 4-6 months for each of my custom couches because the fabric part takes them 6-8 weeks to do. That’s honestly crazy. They should’ve just been upfront about the time frame. Also joybird couches suck but their fabrics are pretty awesome

Ask for the delivery fee to be refunded and for them to add on a protection plan for the inconvenience. Kittles should comply. If not, file a complaint with the BBB. They will have to respond with an offer to remedy your complaint. You can accept or respond with what you want.

Im in the top .01% of reviewers on Google. It takes 10 reviewers higher than my rating to make my review not show up as the top reviews. And because of that, owners cant just have my review removed like other negative reviews, they have to address it and only I can remove it. I could put up the review for you after its been delivered.

Yes they pick the time. I am on your side for everything but that 😂 welcome to adulthood. ALL delivery company's, moving companies, retail companies, plumbers,hvac, etc. tell you when they will be there after you give the day.

MIL had a couch recovered. She delivered the couch and the fabric to the company. It took them 9 months! At one point they couldn’t *find the couch* in their storage. Furniture industry is WILD.

My Bassett couch took 16 weeks to be made/delivered from Bassett directly. I’m so sorry that boy lied to you so hard! I promise the couch is worth it!!! I’ve had mine 6 years now. And I’m still in love. And it still looks new!
