It’s not abt the wording it’s abt how the wording is now used,there’s nothing wrong with calling a girl female cuz she is but I have heard ppl from the right using it in a way that makes us sound like animals and again not what they said but how it’s said and a lot of them don’t use female grammatically they use it in the way they should call us women but instead it’s females and I can pull examples like ‘females are meant to submit to their husbands.’ There are more phrases like that but u get the jist, we FEEL as though we are being reduced to our biology with the way the right and mainly men talk abt us. With abortion topics and phrases like that being used it’s kinda hard to not feel as tho u ppl only see us as smth to use to reproduce and even if ur real intent is to ‘save the unborn’ it doesn’t matter cuz u still have to override the mothers rights to save the fetus if she doesn’t want to carry it. We need effective BC and research on women so abortion can decrease and ur going to actively fight to take away the one choice young girls and mothers have and need if they don’t have the money or mental capacity to care for a child and expect them to just suck it up cuz we biologically are able to ? To me it’s js sick in the head,I get wanting to protect the unborn but we have bigger and more pressing issues rn and the unborn have no awareness at all they can’t feel,see, they rarely even have skin yet when they are aborted, it is more humane to quickly stop that life from becoming before the women endures the mental and physical trauma that comes with labour. A very small portion of women actually believe that a trans women can be a real women and many trans women agree it’s the far leftists and other trans women and men who are pushing the idea that they can be that cuz they feel it. Maybe I’m wrong abt the female thing but it doesn’t feel that way when I hear men say it.

I think it's also up to us to define it a bit more clearly as a community as well. Most of us don't fully know what it is because men and the patriarchy have been telling us what it should be for so long, and now that we have more rights and voice we are slowly trying to figure that out. I don't think trans women are coming from a place of arrogance, it's just them trying to understand the very mixed signals we send about womanhood since we as a community are doing a bad job at defining it.

Entirely sick of that argument. Nothing about the female body is reductive to women. Our bodies are our reality and a part of “womanhood.” That argument is only used because men need to minimize what they will never have. Acknowledging that a female body is what makes us physically a woman, goes against their argument and ideology. they must shame women’s bodies to include themselves in our category.
