girl! I just got approved and I'm super nervous. But I have a question, when you deliver to businesses do you take pictures when you deliver them? I noticed others do take pictures when they deliver to houses. trying to take any extra info. thank you 😊

I do amazon flex and the other day i had this HUGE SSA package and the notes said “deliver to office”……the box was taller, wider and heavier than me. Even when i first put it in my car, it was so big and heavy that someone else helped me lift it and fit it in my car. And i already knew wherever i was gonna have to deliver it was gonna be super inconvenient. So the gps takes me to this potato chip factory and i know this place cuz my ex bf used to work there and he said there was never any A/C and that it was burning up in there. i haul this obnoxiously big and heavy package inside, i see a sign that said “office on 5th floor” and there’s no elevator in sight and realize i’m about to have to go up 5 flights of stairs, and my ex was right cuz there was NO AIR in that building and the room with the staircase was HOT ASF. I left that mf at the bottom of the stairs, took the comfirmation photo, and called the amazon support line to mark the package as delivered for me since i was out of radius at the bottom of thr stairs. I usually don’t mind bigger, heavier packages, but i could literally barley lift that one, i was NOT about to lug it up 5 flights of stairs with no A/C! 💯

omg I been working in Reno too!! I’ve gotten a few points of my account for not being able to enter gated communities or apartments because the customer won’t put it in the notes or they’ll put “call me to open gate” and i deliver early 3/4am so I’ll call and no answer I have no choice but to take back to the warehouse and get points for “undelivered packages” SO IRRITATING

I had a stupid route like this in my area today! I was so mad. I had the same amount of packages. I had 7 apartments, Amazon lockers, a couple of businesses and a freakin winery! Oooh I was big mad. I was late on like 4 of the packages too. Hopefully these routes don’t find us again!

I hate apartments the most. The best case scenario, you can just get inside and drop off. The worst case scenario, it’s too secure, no way to get inside, the customers don’t answer, the numbers don’t work, and leasing managers don’t give af and get upset you can’t get into somewhere you don’t live. WITH NO HELP!

41 packages 4.5hour block? That’s good. Today I had 42 packages 3.5 hr block and I finished in 3 hours. All apartments/condos in Miami Beach.

Working for Amazon flex has made me realize the ACTUAL ammount of how many fuck tons of things get ordered from Amazon. - I never ever ever use Amazon… if it’s not in the store I just won’t buy it. I’m an instant gratification person and Amazon just don’t do it for me.

I did a 315-645am this week mostly all apartments .. one complex i had 6 deliveries right across the street to the next complex. I had 9 deliveries. 😩😩 i had 25 stops 42 packages . Only good thing was the multi stops
