Maxing out my Roth IRA is impossible unless I drop my bonus check into it. I go $75/week right now

My take home pay is only 65% of what I bring in about $125k. My husband makes a bit more. Not sure why so much money is taken out with my income tax and health insurance

This is close to our exact income, but we’re also funding 2 529 accounts lol. We each have 457’s through work which we already contribute to. Should we each open an actual Roth IRA as well? Also we have pensions for retirement.

As a teacher this is about where I am. I save or invest around $1500 a month in my HYSA, Roth, and then brokerage once the Roth is maxed out
