you should here what's going on in Canada more so in Alberta Canada right now. there's a program called aish assured income for the severely handicapped. it's been around for years and years and years like when my mom was a child kind of thing. not a problem. it was assured income for people with disabilities and mental health issues where they can go have their own place be able to forward living, be able to fork groceries and you know be more independent and they were able to make a thousand extra dollars having a part-time job without any of their benefits being cut off and they can pay into the Canadian tax dollars while working well. when Danielle Smith came in, she decided to switch it all up. she basically said and started a smear campaign stating that the people on Aish were nothing more than a bunch of junkies lazy people taking advantage of the system and wanting nothing more than a free ride. when and all of Alberta only 1 to 2% of the whole population of Alberta were on age and Danielle Smith was making it seem like that. we were the whole reason why the Alberta people were broke and struggling with the cost of living that we were taking up everybody's tax paying dollars. but when she failed to mention was that over half of the population who were on Aish were also working part-time and also paying into their taxes. aish was just more of a safety net to make sure they can afford rent and groceries while working at a job that works with their limitations of their disabilities. now that she messed with the whole program, you're only allowed to make $350 a month and you only receive about $1,500 a month on Aish. you can't even get a one-bedroom apartment for Less than $1,500 bucks a month and that's not including the utilities. so just to let me rephrase that if if you are on each and you make over $350 a month they will cut back on the ace you are receiving that $1,500. not only that, they also took a funding away from the kids of families with disabilities and what happened. July 28th is a lot of people with disabilities woke up expecting their age payment to be in their account so they could sit there and pay rent and get groceries for the next
