Do peace lilies really thrive in water? I received one as a mourning gift two years ago for my dad…I don’t want it to die. It’s been in soil, I’ve changed the soil but it still droops. Will switching it to only water really keep it alive, and thrive? Thank you in advance for any advice 🙏

They can definitely grow in water, but I don’t think they necessarily prefer water over soil. Plain water doesn’t provide the nutrients as they get from soil
