If anyone in the Baton Rouge area can help me, please reach out. I work Friday and my job has a zero tolerance of missing work. My body is so tired and I feel so exhausted. It’s a lot but it’s worth doing & I won’t give up! If anyone can help and bring her Friday for me, you would be a life saver. If not I’ll just bring her Monday! i can’t find the comment now but whoever suggested asking the vet if they can board her for a few days i definitely think that would be smart!! especially if it is sepsis and because of her high fever ☹️boarding her at a normal vet for a few days would still be less expensive than if her condition declines while she’s home with you and you had to rush her to an emergency animal hospital. any emergency vet i’ve been to is so expensive so i think it would be worth it to ask the vet about boarding and get a quote for the price if they think it’s a good idea. i would be happy to help pay for the boarding and i’m sure others would too! she’s so sweet even when she’s sick and miserable you can tell she already loves you and feels safe with you 😭🩷🩷🩷
