This is all around a mess. do i think he played a part? yes but i think the big thing here is beyond a reasonable doubt. you have to prove BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT that he committed these crimes and I DO NOT THINK the evidence supports that.

Why do I feel like the human race is damned….. whether he is guilty or not they didn’t do the leg work. The DNA prolly would have been thrown out in a trial because at the time that was illegal. They aren’t allowed to do that. Even if it was it was touch DNA they needed more that could have been explained away by I pawned my k bar when I moved needed money… and for all we know that happened. They didn’t have anything else. We seen it. If anyone has paid attention to any of the interviews with expert witnesses including Sy, they had some character witness statements … they cannot definitely say that was his car, they cannot say he was at the house. There was no connection even though some are trying to claim that now he’s trying to get a new trial buttttt that would have to be proven with the data they had at the time. But, even if he did it, even if this happened exactly how and when they claim it did and stalked them months prior… he had to have had intel at the very fucking least. If he stalked them then he knew there was a lot of ppl in and out of there. He wasn’t sitting there watching the house all night waiting so someone had to say go time otherwise one guy who’s never been in a fight, wouldnt have strolled in to a house with lights and music on and 5 cars outside with a door dash delivery and god knows who in that house with judt a knife. And also knowing exactly where to go knowing he would get there un detected…… with judt a knife. Not saying knives aren’t horrific weapons but if they all had their boyfriends there or brought some guys home/friends….. they would have been able to take him. He would have had to of known that everyone was settling down for the night and likely about to go to sleep and who was where ….. there is no fucking way around that. Unless it was a suicide mission. And that is only the tip of what is wrong with the bullshit narrative
