I’m 33 and have braces right now! Got self ligating braces to get done faster and I know it’ll be worth it once it’s over but man has it been rough on my self esteem lol

I had the expander as a kid. I saw God each time i had to use the key. also the head gear thing, did u wear it at home only or was a full day type of thing? teeth look great ✨
