Last few years I’ve really wanted to travel on my own and see things I’ve never seen. I’m currently in the middle of the mountains of Italy and all of today I just felt behind in life because I’m 22 and don’t have a degree and don’t have a “career” job. Stopped to just think about it all and realized that just this summer alone I hiked through a large portion of Alaska, Went to Banff in 2024, and few days ago walked on foot from France to Italy and will walk back into Switzerland from Italy on foot. It’s easy to feel behind when your living out the dream you’ve always had. Just by stopping and looking back I’ve realized that in the last 3 months I’ve been to Alaska, Switzerland, Italy, and France. Places I’ve never been that I never thought I would be just a few years ago. I don’t really have a point to this, but it’s important to remember that we all are going at our own pace and we can all feel behind at times. Embrace and now and find happiness in where you are and how far you’ve come. I hope we all make it someday
